Concept - Monika

I wasn't actually planning on making another lifeguard character but whatever. This is Monika, she's 30-something, and a sort of beach guru. She's an iguana. She's ultra chill, drives a jeep-like vehicle, and essentially lives on the beach.

Anyway this kind of a first run at her so we'll see if it works, but I already like her XP
